Passes may be purchased using a credit card or PayPal account. Monthly subscriptions use your PayPal account only.

Can I subscribe to the online Oasis TV Screening Room if I don't have a credit card?
Yes. Instruct PayPal to deduct the monthly subscription fee from your checking account when you sign-up with PayPal.

I do not want to sign-up with PayPal. Can I send you a check?
At this time, PayPal is the only method. PayPal is trusted by over 150 million users worldwide to process online transactions, including subscription transactions such as Oasis TV.

What if I lose my User Name and/or Password?
Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Screening Room log-in page. Your User Name and Password will be emailed to you within minutes.

How many times can I watch a program?
Unlimited.

I signed up using a User Name and Password. Why can't I watch Oasis TV programs?
Because you did not complete the sign-up process. Go to OasisTV.com and log in using your User Name and Password. Once you are logged in, click on the button asking you to complete your subscription process. After you agree to the Oasis TV Screening Room Terms of Use, you will be taken to the PayPal webpage to set up your subscription to the Oasis TV Screening Room using your PayPal account. Then log in again to OasisTV.com with your User Name and Password. You now can watch all Oasis TV Screening Room programs!

I only have a dial-up modem. Can I watch the programs without a broadband connection?
No. All Oasis TV programs are optimized for broadband (DSL or Cable Modem).

How can I request a specific program or more of a certain type of program?
Send an email to Programming@OasisTV.com. We cannot guarantee to accommodate every request, but we will try!

How often do you repeat programs?
All Oasis TV programs return within 6-8 months of its initial showing and, based on popularity, many programs return at least once every year thereafter.

Why do I only hear the sound and not the picture?
Be sure to use the latest version of the Windows Media Player. If you have dual monitors, make sure you are watching the program on the "active" monitor.

Can I watch Oasis TV on a Mac?
Yes, so long as you have an active subscription, broadband connection and the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in.

Why doesn't Oasis TV support Quicktime?
Oasis TV uses streaming media protocols. Quicktime requires the file be downloaded, which is not permitted by our licensing agreements.

Why do some programs I watch stop and start?
Media streams are dependent on your internet connection. Internet bandwidth congestion can cause brief periods of stopping and starting of the video stream even with a DSL or Cable Modem connection.

Can I download programs to view later or burn to a DVD?
No, our licensing only permits streaming video at this time.

Can I watch a program that is no longer showing in the Oasis TV Screening Room?
Oasis TV does not maintain an online archive, however all programs do return online to the Screening Room within 6-9 months of its initial showing and, based on popularity, many programs return at least once every year thereafter.

Can I purchase DVDs of Oasis TV programs?
Oasis TV does not sell DVDs currently, however if DVDs are available from a third party seller, we provide that information on the Show Page describing the program. Can I get a refund for the unused portion of my subscription after I cancel?
Sorry, but we cannot refund any unused portion of your monthly subscription in the event you cancel. However, we suggest you do so on the last day of your then-current billing cycle. That way, you can continue watching OTV programming for the maximum number of days of your billing cycle, prior to access and billing termination. See Terms of Use.
